This is a super healthy smoothie that I love make as a snack. Obviously you can add more to this recipe, but it’s purpose was to be an easy, quick, and tasty recipe for when your in a hurry.

3 Ingredient Mango Orange Smoothie
2 frozen ripe mangos–chopped
1-1 1/2 cups of organic pasteurized orange juice–no sugar added (you can use different amounts of this depending on your desired consistency)
1/2 water (optional)
- Put about half of the frozen mango chunks into a blender with half of the orange juice.
- Puree on high.
- Add the rest of the mangos and orange juice and do the same as before.
- Add the water if you find it necessary.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve.
