These muffins are at the top of my “comfort food” list: they’re incredibly soft, rich but not too fat, and full of naturally sweet apples. I’m a breakfast lover, and you can only imagine how I love sip my cup of tea in the morning with one of these beauties in my other hand!
Here’s to you my recipe:
• Ingredients for 12 muffins:
•270 gr. flour
•30 gr. cocoa powder
•180 gr. sugar
• 16 gr. chemical baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 Pinch of salt
• cinnamon (to taste)
• 70 ml. vegetable oil
• 230 ml. milk
• 1 Egg
• 300 gr. fruit (apples) (cut and pitted)
First, mix together the dry ingredients, then add the fruit (flouring it well), and the liquid ingredients.
Mix everything together quickly and and fill the muffin molds.
Bake in a convection oven (preheated) at 180C for 15/20 minutes.
