Hi everyone!
I’m back to you with another recipe: my chocolate chip cookies!
This is my go-to recipe, because it’s easy, essential and super fast.
I don’t know about you, but for me there’s only one better thing than classic chocolate chip cookies: double chocolate chip cookies! So, I’ll give to you both versions!

INGREDIENTS:

{Classic:

  • 175 gr flour;
  • 130 gr brown sugar;
  • 150 gr butter;
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 2 eggs;
  • vanilla extract (to taste);
  • 150 gr dark chocolate chips.

{Double chocolate:

  • 150 gr flour;
  • 25 gr cocoa powder;
  • 130 gr brown sugar;
  • 150 gr butter;
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • cinnamon (to taste);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 150 gr dark chocolate chips (or massive chunks!).

METHOD:

  1. In a food processor mix flour, (cocoa), sugar, butter baking powder and the pinch of salt.
  2. Add cinnamon/vanilla extract, eggs and chocolate chips and mix everything together.
  3. Transfer the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, with the help of two teaspoons.
  4. Bake to 180° C for 10-15 minutes.
This is my favourite version so far!
