These healthy breakfast muffins are a great way to start your morning!

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 ripe bananas

2 Tbsp Golden Flaxseed Meal

6 Tbsp Water

2 cups rolled oats

¼ cup brown sugar

1½ tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. baking soda

¼ cup mini chocolate chips

¼ raisins

Combine flaxseed meal and water and allow to sit for about 5 minutes.

Mash bananas with a fork, and mix in oats, yogurt, flax meal mixture, brown sugar, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir in chocolate chips and raisins.

Pour into a muffin tin and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Allow muffins to cool in pan for ~10 minutes before removing. Store in an air-tight container for up to a week.
