This is starting to turn into a bit of a horror story. The plus side is I do see more bubbles forming each day within the starter. So, I am going to keep my faith.

Day 7 – layer of mouldy mould…
Day 7  – bubbles of goodness beneath the mould
Day 7 – literally just a top layer of mould
Day 7 – all good again, after mould removal and addition of 75g rye flour, 100g of water.
