I think I’m done. Or rather, my starter is done. It’s ready. I’ve got it under control and well fed. I’ve learnt that it is possible to reawaken an old starter and it is possible to heal a starter from mould. Patience, faith and perserverence.

So now for some recipes!

I did in increase the water ratio last night as it was too thick and gluggy to mix it well.
