I just know it’s going to be a good day when I have all ingredients on hand for a Bunny’s Bite recipe. I skimmed through Madeline’s instagram for something I could make today when it hit me – it’s been a while since I had brownies. By a while I mean maybe, a month or so. They’re my kryptonite and any longer than that feels like an eternity for me.
And these are all the better because they involve cherries, which are luckily still in season in Korea. Dark chocolate and cherry is such a classic and delicious combo; I couldn’t wait to make them!
As always, Madeline’s recipes are super simple to make and only involve the healthiest ingredients which means these are fully vegan, gluten free, and refined sugar free too. Ingredients are:
- coconut oil
- coconut sugar
- maple syrup
- cocoa powder
- gluten free flour
- baking powder
- chopped cherries

I followed the recipes exactly and baked them for the full 35 minutes which was perfect.
The brownies smelled, looked and tasted so incredible both warm and cool.
They’re super gooey and rich and with juicy bites of cherry they are simply to die for.
