Does anyone else have a problem with a certain type of dessert that you just want to eat the whole thing? And then the consequences follow after that…. the massive sugar rush, next comes the stomachache.

Yep, that is me with no bakes cookies. I mean who doesn’t love sugar, butter, milk, oats, chocolate and peanut butter? They are so easily made, but that moment the chocolate and peanut butter is all melted and the oats are stirred in, the smell is something I just can’t resist.

I just want to stick my spoon in and eat it out of the pot. After all cookie dough is the best part of the cookie, right?

After getting so many stomachaches I decided to create a healthy no bake cookie. So no more massive sugar crash, and in a portion and ingredients that I wouldn’t feel as bad about eating some while making them.

These healthy no bake cookies are made with all natural sugar, and minimal ingredients. Quick and easy make and you are sure to stump your friends and family with these healthy treats.

1 cup oats

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup grass fed butter

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cocoa powder

In a sauce pan bring honey, cocoa powder and grass fed butter to a boil. Once boiling remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir until your mixture is combined completely. Then add oats in and stir. Let sit on the stove for a couple minutes then drop a T of cookie mixture on parchment paper. Let harder and enjoy!
